The only time that will ever exist and has ever existed is NOW. The future is an illusion and the past only a memory. So be here FULLY! Focus on your body, your breath, listen to the space between the sounds, become the observer of your mind. By practicing mindfulness we get closer to our goal of peace and joy. These are states that cannot be attained through something external like: money, a better job, a romantic relationship, knowledge, or power. Sure these things can bring us temporary joy but once we have them, our mind will crave something new and seek that for “happiness”. Know that what you are looking for is already within

you. It is that vibrant light within each of us that can only be accessed through the HERE and NOW.
