The "first private class" is ideal for both beginner and advanced students who are ready to receive personalized instruction in a comfortable environment. This class doesn't require a big commitment, but will allow the individual to get a sence of my energy and teaching style. Finding a yoga instructor that one can connect on a personal level is crucial to the practice. I personally tried many yoga classes and teachers before I found the style and teacher that moved me to my deepest core.
